With years of experience working within workplace health environments, Isabella gained unique insight into how leadership gaps, unmanaged stress, and burnout quietly impact productivity, engagement, and organisational performance. These experiences shaped her mission to help organisations rethink leadership and create healthier, more effective workplaces.
