Isabella Shedrack is a leadership coach, EI expert, author, and keynote speaker.Â
She started her career in Occupational Health, where she saw firsthand how a leader’s mindset could either lift an organisation up or hold it back. Over time, she began feeling that her passion for human-centred leadership was growing. This was a turning point for her, and she committed to herself that she’d help others find that same passion.Â
Today, Isabella is the driving force behind Isabella Shedrack Consulting.
She is also the author of Mind Over Matter: Unleashing Success Through a Positive Mindset, where she shares everything, she has learned about leading with heart.Â
She believes that when leaders invest in their own well-being, everybody wins, including their people, their organisations, and their own sense of purpose.
